Due to the specialized nature of our products, shipping times and methods may vary based on your location, order size, and product availability. All shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates based on carrier fee changes.
Due to the size and weight of modular furniture components:
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we take care to package items securely, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. We strongly recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
For international orders, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Klackjoy has no control over customs policies and cannot predict what duties may apply. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in return of the shipment at your expense.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. For any shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team with your order number.
If you experience delivery issues:
Claims for damaged or lost items must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for lost packages).
We currently do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted locations.
