If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. This page tells you how, and what happens afterwards.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Mwl Industries FZE, support@klackjoy.com — of your decision by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. Reimbursement uses the payment method you chose for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees for it. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before that period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Because these are furniture-sized shipments that cannot normally be returned by post, that cost can be substantial; contact us before shipping and we will tell you the return address and the expected cost for your destination.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Unpacking, inspecting and a limited trial assembly may be necessary for that assessment. Handling beyond what would normally be permitted in a shop may cause diminished value.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture depends on an individual choice by you. In our range, this exception is limited to panels cut to a non-standard size and panels with custom drill holes. Separately, we voluntarily allow you to cancel those specific parts until their production begins. Other non-personalised items in a mixed order remain subject to the withdrawal rules above.
