At Klackjoy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our modular furniture. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Return requests must be initiated by contacting our customer service team. Do not ship products back without prior authorization; unauthorized returns will not be processed.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Klackjoy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
A restocking fee of 15-25% may be applied to returned items to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. The exact fee depends on the product category and condition of the returned item. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return:
We reserve the right to reduce refund amounts based on the condition of returned items or missing components.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for full replacement or refund. We may require photos, videos, or return of the damaged item for inspection.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if:
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Warranty claims are separate from returns. Manufacturing defects discovered after the 14-day return window may be covered under our product warranty (if applicable). Please contact customer service for warranty-related issues with your proof of purchase.
Klackjoy reserves the right to make final decisions on all return and refund requests. We may refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy, or that we believe to be fraudulent or abusive.
