You can return the furniture within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Only panels cut to a non-standard size or with custom drill holes are excluded; you pay the return shipping.
How can I route cables through this lowboard for my media setup?
Add a cable opening to a back or top panel in the configurator. The standard 53×60 mm opening comes with a rubber grommet; custom-drilled panels are cut to order and cannot be returned once production starts.
Which materials are used?
Materials depend on the selected panels and components. The editor shows permitted choices for each part, and the bill of materials for the saved design records the actual order configuration.
Can the upper and lower tiers of a 2x2 lowboard use different bay heights?
The configurator allows you to assign different vertical tube lengths to the upper tier versus the lower tier across the two-by-two grid. As long as the two side-by-side bays share matching vertical tubes within the same tier, the four-compartment frame remains completely level.
Does the center vertical junction of a 2x2 lowboard require double tubes between the bays?
The shared central upright uses single polished chrome-plated steel tubes connected into shared 25 mm ball connectors that serve both adjacent columns. This builds a unified four-compartment grid without redundant vertical tubing between the left and right quadrants.
