Yes, Klackjoy is 100% physically compatible with original USM Haller (750×350×350mm grid). You can mix Klackjoy components with your existing USM parts, or extend your current USM furniture with Klackjoy pieces. The connection geometry is identical — 25mm chrome-plated brass ball connectors with M8 thread. Klackjoy also offers approximately 60–70% lower prices than original USM, an online configurator, factory-direct supply, and a 10-year structural warranty.
No. Klackjoy is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or connected to USM U. Schärer Söhne AG or the USM Haller brand. "USM" and "USM Haller" are trademarks of their respective owner and are referenced here only to describe the modular system that our compatible parts fit.

Available tube lengths (same for all three axes): 100, 150, 175, 250, 350, 395, 500, 595, and 750 mm. The overall visual length of a tube is its nominal size plus 25 mm (e.g., 750 mm nominal → 775 mm overall including ball connectors). The same sizes apply across X (width), Y (height), and Z (depth).
All panels and frames are available in 14 RAL powder-coat colors. Colors with RAL codes: Pure White RAL 9010, Light Grey RAL 7035, Middle Grey RAL 7005, Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, Graphite Black RAL 9011, Melon Yellow RAL 1004, Pure Orange RAL 2004, Steel Blue RAL 5011, Gentian Blue RAL 5010. Additional exclusive tones (Ruby Red, Hunting Green, Ivory, Brown, and others) are available without a standard RAL code.
Panels: powder-coated steel sheet. Tubes: polished, chrome-plated stainless steel. Ball connectors: 25mm chrome-plated brass balls with M8 internal thread — the same material specification as the original USM Haller ball joint.
Klackjoy products are made to order: 3–14 days production and handling, followed by DDP ocean freight (duties and taxes included), door-to-door with insured replacement. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your configuration's size and destination — there's no flat free-shipping threshold, and no hidden fees. We do not offer express shipping. Yes. To keep shipping efficient, every piece ships flat-packed — self-assembly is required, using the Allen key included in the box. Most configurations take well under 30 minutes to assemble.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
Yes. After your order enters production, we send email updates at each stage — production start, completion, and shipment with tracking details for the DDP ocean freight carrier. You can also contact us via chat or WhatsApp with your order number for a status update at any time.
