We do not offer express shipping. What is the return policy?
Standard unused and unassembled items may be return-requested within 14 days of delivery. Custom or non-standard made-to-order items may be excluded unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
