Klackjoy products are made to order and shipped factory-direct by ocean freight to keep prices accessible while still providing door-to-door delivery. We do not position our service as express shipping. Instead, your order is produced after purchase, shipped by sea, and delivered under DDP terms, meaning duties and taxes are already included in your order price.
All orders require 3–7 days of production and handling before shipment.
Because our products are made to order, processing time includes factory production, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation.
The estimates below are ocean freight door-to-door transit times after processing is complete.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, port congestion, carrier scheduling, weather, holidays, or local delivery conditions.
Orders of €199 or more (or equivalent, approx. ¥1500 CNY / $219 USD / ¥32000 JPY) qualify for free DDP ocean freight. Orders below that threshold incur a flat €29 (or equivalent) DDP shipping fee.
The product price shown at checkout includes DDP import handling (duties and taxes included). Shipping cost is shown separately at checkout.
Klackjoy ships DDP: Delivered Duty Paid.
This means customs duties, import taxes, and standard clearance fees are included in your order price. You should not be charged additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
If a carrier or customs broker requests payment for duties or taxes, please contact us before paying so we can help review and resolve the issue.
Some products may be shipped as oversized or heavy items. Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and email are accurate so the carrier can arrange final delivery when needed.
For large items, the carrier may contact you to confirm delivery details. Missed appointments, incorrect addresses, or unreachable contact information may cause delays.
Orders are covered during transit. If your order is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the package/product where applicable. We will help arrange an insured replacement or another reasonable solution.
Risk of loss transfers after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
Ocean freight tracking may update slowly while the shipment is at sea. Tracking updates usually become more frequent once the shipment arrives in the destination country and is handed to the local delivery carrier.
